ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Accountants review and analyse financial statements, budgets, financial reports, and business plans in order to check for irregularities resulting from error or fraud, and provide their clients with financial advice in matters such as financial forecasting and risk analysis. They may audit financial data, resolve insolvency cases, prepare tax returns and provide other tax-related advice in reference to current legislation. To assist day to day accounting functions included manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transaction (i.e. AR, AP & GL) are recorded on timely basis. • Responsible for checking expenses, subcontractor claims and staff claims. • To keep track relevant documents, record and proper and proper filing • To prepare month-end reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts. • Liaise with bankers, lawyers, external auditors, tax agents, project team personnel in ensuring compliance in all matters relating to bank facilities, audits, taxation and statutory requirements.
