Adhering to Health and Safety Standards: Follow the resort's hygiene and safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning materials, to ensure the well-being of both guests and staff. Handling Guest Requests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests for additional services, such as extra towels or pillows, ensuring a positive guest experience. Maintaining Public Areas: Clean and maintain public spaces like hallways, lounges, and restrooms, ensuring they are presentable and spotless at all times. Inventory and Linen Management: Keep track of linen usage, restocking carts as needed, and ensuring proper disposal or laundering of used items in compliance with the resort's standards.
