Job Responsibilities * To assist and carry out general administration and office operation support * To coordinate between the HQ and retail operation * To manage document control such as filing, scanning, and general paperwork. * Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time. Job Requirements * Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia), or Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in sales administration preferred; fresh graduates with relevant industrial training will also be considered. * Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
