Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

• Work closely with product development engineering department in understanding the design and working principle of the mechanical engineering system in our product. • Ensure all documentation required for mechanical processes in the manufacturing, including design documents, references, work instruction and quality checkpoint documents are adequate and made available to the manufacturing processes of the organization. • Provide technical support and guidance to the production and other departments regarding mechanical aspects of equipment. • Identify, collect data, analyse, and resolve manufacturing’s engineering challenges relate to mechanical systems. • Implement corrective and preventive measures to ensure manufacturing challenges are resolved effectively. • Perform changes and customization on the mechanical design of product to meet specific customer requirements. • Perform changes on mechanical design, layout and components as needed to accommodate customization requests. • Ensure all customizations comply with industry standards and safety regulations. • Develop and integrate mechanical systems and components into equipment designs. • Conduct testing and validation of design, prototype and products to ensure proper functionality and performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during design and manufacturing phases. • Create and maintain documentations of designs, modifications, and processes.
