Identify sales opportunities and handle customer or prospective customer inquiries promptly and professionally in order to provide realistic and appropriate quotes for customer requirements and to generate orders. Job Responsibilities: 1. Key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales advice on a range of company products, for which a certain level of technical knowledge and expertise is needed. 2. Provide hands-on technical support for our core product installation, set-up, upgrade and troubleshooting, repairing and preventive maintenance at workshop or customers sites. 3. Explore new market segment to search for new customers. 4. Handle daily inquiries and technical clarifications. Provide technical specification, proposal, solution and co-ordinate technical analysis. 5. Maintain and build up good relationship with new or existing customers. Manage and interpret customer requirements to ensure the product or service is best fitted to the customer needs. 6. Conduct training on proper product’s operation at customer’s site if required. Confident in presentation and doing presentation when necessary. 7. Prepare reports and submit sales related activities records on a timely basis. 8. Update daily sales activities towards achieving regular sales targets. 9. Co-coordinating sales projects through liaising with sales personnel and in-house technical service staffs. 10. Assist in marketing in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. 11. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirement: 1. Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel and PowerPoint). 2. English and Bahasa Malaysia literacy. 3. Proven field service experience or knowledgeable in technical support works will be added advantage. 4. Good written and verbal communication skill. 5. Must be willing to travel and possess own transport. 6. Multitasking and able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment. 7. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical, result driven, positive working attitude and technical problem solving skills. 8. Ability to establish rapport and build long-term relationships with customers. Qualifications and Work Experience: Minimum Diploma / Degree in an Engineering / Mechanical / Electronic or equivalent experience. (2 – 3 years sales experience in a technical field is a plus).
