Lab Analyst

1. Collect samples according to the sampling plan or schedule and perform testing accordingly. 2. Conduct microbiology testing of semi-finished goods, finished goods, shelf-life samples, raw materials, and environment testing according to the sampling plan or schedule. 3. Arrange the sample for external laboratory collection according to schedule. 4. Prepare and check daily analysis reports following the production plan and ensure current work instructions. 5. Manage laboratory inventory, prepare solutions, calibrate equipment, clean and set up lab instruments. 7. Ensure data entry into the system is updated according to routine tests and sampling plans. 8. Adhere to Good Lab Practices (GLP), implement 5S, and execute safety procedures for the laboratory environment.
