Roles / Responsibilities:  In-charge of station’s administrative works including Payroll, Human Resources, Procurement, Stock & Assets Management and documents related to product sales  Provide guidance and support to the administrative staffs on the routine activities.  Comply to ISO 9001 requirement.  Ensure all record and filing system is well maintained.  Assume the responsibilities of other executives of the station in their absence.  Inspect and receive items in good condition from vendors. Requirements:  Candidate must possess at least STPM/ “O” level, diploma, or degrees level in any field.  Experience working in estate environment is added advantage.  Required Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.  Computer Literate  Required Skills: Microsoft Office  Knowledge in SAP estate management system or any estate management system
