o Perform detailed assembly of server components including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, power supplies, AOMs, riser cards, brackets, chassis, and cabling. o Operate and maintain various tools and machinery, such as soldering equipment and testing devices. o Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure all components adhere to high standards. o Execute functional tests to confirm proper cable connections and detect any issues with server functionality. o Verify that assembled servers operate correctly and comply with quality standards. o Moving the server to the packing stage once it successfully passes testing. o Applying protective materials to the server to prevent damage during transportation, not just placing it in a box. o Preparing the server for shipment to the customer, reflecting the factory’s commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. o Adhere to established procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. o Report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or irregularities to supervisors promptly. o Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas. o Stay informed about new manufacturing procedures, technologies, and best practices. o Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share insights for enhancing efficiency and quality.
