Job Description : 1. Handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications. 2. Assist with managing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and professional responses. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and feedback. 4. Assist in creating and maintaining customer service documentation, such as policies and procedures. Qualifications : 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in a related field. 2. Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role. 3. Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in similar capacity. Those with exposures in waste management sectors will be an added advantage. 4. A team player with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is a must; additional language skills are an advantage. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. 7. Good problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. 8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills. 9. Willing to work at Lahad Datu plant.
