Responsibilities:
1. To manage Talent Management & Learning and Development session
2. Execution of Talent Management Program and Engagement Session
3. Responsible for annual training preparation including Training Need Analysis (TNA), training budget and yearly training calendar
4. Manage, coordinate, execute & monitor all development/technical training activities for Group Manufacturing
5. Responsible to prepare for technical and development training report for Group Human Capital PROTON and DRB HICOM and other management reporting
6. Responsible in managing HRDC matters including training grant, industrial training scheme and other related activity
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a field related to Human Resources Management, Organizational Studies, or Business Management/Administration
2. At least 1-2 years experience
3. Certified HRDF Train The Trainer
4. Familiar with HRDC application/claim/documentation
5. Experience in manage audit is an added advantage
6. Management reporting
