PROJECT ENGINEER

1.1 Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects 1.2 Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications 1.3 Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field 1.4 Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status 1.5 Assign responsibilities and mentor project team 1.6 Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support 1.7 Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective action 1.8 To produce and generates reports using Microsoft Project (for all project). 1.9 Ensure proper and complete documentation for all Jobs undertaken both ad hoc & contractual for timely submission to Accounts Department for invoicing purposes. 1.10 Liaison with clients/project management consultants to meet all works and documentation requirements including preparation of reports, drawings etc. 1.11 To assist in securing sales in the form of ad hoc projects when not committed to any specific project. 1.12 To broaden the Company’s clientele base aimed at increasing Company revenue from a wider spectrum of clients / To identify and maintain a potential clients list. 1.13 Maintain records of all potential clients visited or enquiries received via phone. 1.14 Source for tender invitations & preparation on all TENDER Documents. 1.15 To undertake site inspections and prepare quotations for clients
