Job Requirement : 1- Language Required : Bahasa Malaysia & English 2- Profieciency in Autocount Software is advantageous 3- A team player with ability to work uner minimum supervision 4- Able to work independetly 5- Positive working relationship with teams and willing to learn Job Scope: * Admin and account work *Handling basic office tasks, such as filling, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls and data entry. *Entering and updating company, employee and client records. *Perform data entry and update the database system. *Maintain office supplies and manage office inventory. *Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. *Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary *Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary *Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned *Keep records and reports up to date *Ad hoc work
