QC Inspector

As a QC Inspector, your essential duties are to provide support in the quality department, but not limited to: • Verify packing list information with physical count to ensure accuracy. • Inspect incoming raw materials/components for conformance. • Document inspection results as per SOP. • Generate acceptance labels for incoming materials/components. • Prepare documentation for finished product/outgoing inspections. • Record inspection results in QC records promptly. • Release products to the next process on time. • Report non-conforming materials/components to the Quality Manager. • Support sample evaluations during verification/validation runs. • Assist with customer sample evaluations or complaint investigations. • Review and approve label inspections for work orders. • Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management or superiors from time to time. - Minimum SPM graduate with 2 years of relevant working experience as a QC Inspector in the manufacturing industry - Diploma fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Must be able to read and write in English - Attention to detail - Strong, hardworking and disciplined - Possess own motorcycle/car transportation and valid license - Work location at Bukit Minyak, Pulau Pinang.
