Lab Supervisor

Report any issue to superior Director and Managing Director. Subordinate: Lab Tester / Lab Personnel To provide leadership to lab personnel and lab tester and set a good example of working environment for lab tester. Responsible for supervising laboratory personnel, conducting & overseeing quality assurance in ISO 17025 and quality control regarding all test services. Responsible for being representative at site whenever client request or didn't request in order to make and maintain good relationship with clients. Monitoring inventory of equipment master list, equipment calibration, daily log document example FC, IC, Equipment Usage, Equipment Maintenance and other ISO daily document. Ensure all testing procedure, work done by the tester in the laboratory and at site follow correct procedure. To supervise work done by the tester and produce report based on test conduct by the tester. Analysis the report with good judgments and communicate with clients with the dateline of the report. Handle all documents regarding administration.
