Graphic Designer

1. Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. 2. Plans concept by studying information and materials. 3. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. 4. Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval. 5. Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors. 6. Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. 7. Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. 8. Develop graphics and visual image for production illustration, company logo and websites. 9. Check the hand written documents, drawing or design before publish. 10. Supporting the marketing team with any Graphic Design requirements. 11. Designing all the company’s graphics including all sales and marketing materials such as catalogues, online banners and branded materials. 12. Working alongside marketing and product teams to develop Point Of Sales Materials, packaging and adverts. 13. Managing artwork to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to throughout the company’s materials. 14. Liaising with suppliers regarding production of materials ensuring these are taking into consideration with internal deadlines. 15. Above scope of work will change or adjust from time to time or from one type of work to another in accordance with the requirement of work base on company discretion.
