Assisting executive or superior to; 1) Contract Administration, assist the Contract Manager in negotiation of tender price, sub-con price / supplier price. 2) Quotations obtain and preparations. 3) Cost Control preparations and monitoring including cost projections and forecast. 4) Receiving or instructions issuance from client or to subcontractor pertaining commercial & contractual matters. 5) Preparation and monitor subcontractor procurement, pre/ post overall contract administration activities including interim valuation, interim payments, variation order and final account. 6) Review subcontractor performance and evaluate progress of work and claim. 7) Tender preparations and submission including carries out measurement and taking off quantities from drawings and prepare cost estimate for tender purpose.
