Manage & monitor the accounts receivable/payables, includes preparation of related reporting Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded Prepare and reconcile bank statements Process and record monthly invoices Prepare monthly payments Maintain proper accounting record and filing Follow-up status for long-overdue debts to ensure all debts are being highlighted to the business team and vital action taken for recovery Follow up overdue payments via phone, letters and email. Work closely with the purchase team on collection updates and overdue accounts Resolve customer & suppliers enquiries and issues with regards to payments Perform relevant ad hoc tasks as given from time to time, includes accounting administrative tasks & reporting.
