RESUME IS COMPULSORY a) Perform front office reception duties to maintain a positive company image. b) Ensure the cleanliness of the office all the time. c) Greet, welcome and entertain all enquiries from visitors and consultants. d) Liaising with consultants and principal companies’ admins in company's core businesses on matters related to administrative. e) Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. f) Coordinate and record daily incoming and outgoing correspondence/documents. g) Resolve consultants complaints, escalate complex issues, monitor front desk security, and follow procedures for emergencies. h) Receiving and dispatching deliveries. i) Daily checking, monitoring, categorization and filing mail. j) Assist co-workers when needed to ensure the smooth operations of the team. k) Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as record, filing and photocopying. l) Assist and keep track on office supplies including pantry, stationery, toiletries and others. m) Assist in surveying and ordering for office supplies including pantry, stationery, toiletries and others.
