JOB DESCRIPTION: • AP Invoicing / AR receipts • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company. • Prepare payment voucher for invoices posted and ensure the payment timeliness. • Issue payment via online banking (M2E/ CIMB) • Daily accounting data entry and book keeping. • Staff claims checking and reimbursement. • Ensure documentations are organized, file and up-to-date. • Perform intercompany reconciliation on monthly basis. • Organize work schedule and set priorities to meet monthly closing reporting.
