Give orders and instructions to production operators so that each member of the production line is aware of what they need to do and what they are responsible for to maximize quality and productivity. 2. Assign tasks based on what orders have come in and which members of the team are working on each day. Set up the production line to complete these orders efficiently. 3. To guide and assist the operators in the skills required to do their jobs. 4. Maintain and responsible for 5S practices & safety in workplace. 5. To assign and set recipe to machinery accordingly planning
