• Lead the team to enhance their knowledge/skill/competency level via theoretical and practical training. • Develop methodologies to improve performance and enhancement of work processes • Spare Part Management including Localisation and alternative components • Assist the department's management matters such as monitoring KPIs and action plans, dealing with suppliers and contractors, etc • Review the design documents, maintenance plan, test requirements, and technical specifications. • Prepare and present the technical reports, project proposals, maintenance flow, technical instruction, etc Requirements: - Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution. - Must be registered or in the process of registering with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). - Ability to read, write, and speak in Mandarin is an added advantage. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. - Experience in physical asset management with the ability to demonstrate competencies in work planning and performance measurement. - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with condition monitoring methodologies. - Self-motivated, self-disciplined, dependable, innovative, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. - Ability to produce comprehensive technical reports, procedures, and other related documents.
