1. Responsible for handling all incoming calls and house calls courteously and professionally as per standard policies of the company. 2. To entertain and respond promptly to customer inquiry either by telephone or electronically by providing accurate information to the callers. 3. To handle customer complaints in a correct information and professional manner and to assist them with enquiries on behalf of the company. 4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 5. To prepare cash sale billing according to standard process in house system, ES Accounting System. 6. Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness Customer Service area at all times. Administrative and Billing Process 1. Maintained duties as customer service oriented. 2. Work closely and communicate with internal department: (retail,sales, purchasing and warehouse) 3. To call customer for purchase order according to territory debtor assigned by the Management: (Klang Valley, Southern, Northern, East Coast, Borneo) 4. To prepare and process billing (invoicing, Delivery order, Picking Slip and Poison Slip) 5. To prepare quotation required by the customer. 6. To manage daily filling system and maintain spreadsheet and files according to company policies and procedure. 7. To follow up on customer accounts on pending payment (unpaid) and keep record customer interactions and transactions. 8. Manage office administrative and keep works station clean and tidy at all times. 9. Performs any other duties assigned.
