Job Description Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. Prepare and maintain proper record of Sales documentation i.e. Quotation / Booking Order / Filing. Progressive update stock movement. Other ad-hoc as assigned by superior/management Job Requirement Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM. Skills : Advance skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel & Word Preferably specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent. Commendable communication and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Problem solving skills and organizational skills. Computer literate - basic experience in replying emails
