We are keen to appoint YOU as a dynamic and passionate team member to be based in our office in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. As an Onboarding Specialist, your role will be to guide new customers through the process of integrating their systems with our Transport Management System (TMS) APIs to streamline shipment data processing. You will work closely with clients to ensure seamless API (and other forms of data) integration, provide technical support, and offer comprehensive training to help customers maximise the value of our platform. ABOUT YOUR JOB:- Key Responsibilities: • Client Onboarding and Integration: o Assist customers in integrating their systems with our TMS APIs. o Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase. o Provide clear documentation, guidance, and technical support throughout the integration process. • Technical Support: o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integration and data transmission. o Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex technical issues. o Test and validate customer API configurations to ensure successful data exchange. • Customer Training and Enablement: o Conduct training sessions to familiarise clients with our TMS API functionality and best practices. o Create and update API integration guides and user documentation. o Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are fully utilising API capabilities post-integration. • Customer Success and Relationship Management: o Collaborate with account managers to ensure client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process. o Regularly check in with clients during and after integration to address any additional needs or concerns. o Proactively identify areas where clients may need additional support or feature adoption. • Continuous Improvement: o Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve onboarding processes and API usability. o Work with product and engineering teams to suggest enhancements to the API or onboarding experience. o Stay up-to-date on product updates, API changes, and industry trends to provide accurate, timely information to clients. Qualifications and Skills: • Technical Skills: o Sound understanding of APIs (e.g., REST, JSON, XML) and the integration process. o Experience with data transmission protocols, web services, and software systems. o Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients in resolving them. • Customer-Facing Skills: o Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. o Experience in delivering customer training sessions or technical demos. o Ability to multi-task to manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously. • Preferred Experience: o Prior experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management would be advantage. o Experience with Transport Management Systems or similar software. • Education: o A diploma/degree related to software development and/or business. • Language(s): o English (written and spoken) o Mandarin (written and spoken) Key Competencies: • Problem-solving and analytical thinking. • Strong attention to detail. • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellent user experiences. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Willingness to learn, explore and adapt to new technologies as they emerge.
