Job Responsibilities & Duties: Account Payable & Receivable, Monthly Reports. Monitor Overdue or Outstanding payment from debtors. Cheque preparation and online banking transaction Develop and update Admin system to be more efficient To undertake all admin duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management. liaison between external supplier and customers on documentation Payroll and Benefits Admin Arrange company event if necessary Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field. Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. No working experience is required as training on the job will be provided.
