PURPOSE a. To facilitate management team to identify and develop annual improvement plans consistent with support of the strategic business plan. b. To work with HODs and all teams from various department to identify, coordinate/guide a wide variety of continuous improvement initiatives and project designed to improve production, quality, and safety. c. To ensure the implementation of established schemes of corporate governance under DISB Group, including ERP system. d. To assist and support CI Manager, CI Team and Management in executing and implementing rules and regulations, SOP, and company's policies. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & SCOPE OF POSITION a. To communicate with related team/PIC in providing and arrangement of related info/document required by appointed external parties and carry out procedures in relation to the company restructuring exercise. b. To assist CI Team on preparing documents, filing and housekeeping the documents such as Purchase Requisition and other related documents engaging with CI Department. c. To amend, adjust and update the policies, procedures, and regulations as instructed by CI Manager/Superior in CI Team. d. To assist on preparing documents, do amendment/adjustment, filing and housekeeping all document related to ISOs and Internal Control. e. To actively involve with the preparation of internal and external ISOs audit and Internal Control Audit. f. To ensure forms and documents are up to date and reflected in the Master List g. To assist CI Team on handling and manage Kaizen, and to support improvement from other department/division. h. To update Master Data whenever there is request on the change to Supplier, Customer and Item, filing and do the housekeeping for Master Data Application Form and system. i. Extract data from system regarding the changes made to Master Data on monthly basis and report to CI Manager. j. Assist CI Team to analyze data and report to CI Manager if there is any discrepencies founded. k. To assist CI Team on preparation of Stock Count event, do the counting and checking on the system, preparing stock count data for reporting purposes to CI Manager, and assist related teams to conduct stock count. COMPLIANCE, COMPANY POLICIES AND INTERNAL CONTROL a. To ensure proper documentation and reporting of product development findings accordance to the ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001 and any other ISO that will be implemented at DCSM. b. To ensure zero violation to the regulation and law within the team. c. Issue pertaining to policies, strategies affecting other divisions and the company, as a whole, and capital expenditures shall be referred to Managing Director for discussion and agreement before implementation. d. To cooperate with the Internal Control Team and external audit activity. ORGANISATION a. To direct report to Manager-Continuous Improvement Department. b. To work closely with alll levels of all departments and divisions within the organization. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS a. Jobholder to have Diploma or equivalent qualification in any fields. b. Experience in or have knowledge on IQA and/or QMR or related experience is desirable, especially ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45000 is preferable. c. Have interest in corporate governance, research, and data collection, especially in regulatory and compliance fields. Have a good negotiation skills, good oral and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia/or English. d. Familiar with a variety of field's concept, improvement in organization, practice, and procedures. e. A good teamplayer and can work with minimal supervision.
