HR Executive | Up to RM5,000 | JB Town Area

Position: HR Executive Salary Package: RM3,500 - RM5,000 Working Location: JB Town Area Company Background: Property Agency Working Days & Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6.30pm ; Friday: 9am - 6pm Job Descriptions: - Handle recruitment and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. - Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process. - Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees. - Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture. - Assist and monitor and evaluate employee performance reviews. - Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives. - Maintain employee records and HR databases. - Process payroll and manage benefits administration. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. - Develop and update HR policies and procedures Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
