• Check, post and track payments from customers & provide statements. • Assist in the preparation of journal vouchers. • Checking and key-in expenses claim. • To supervise daily general accounting activities. • Monitor and key in collection received from salesperson. • Collect accounting information and perform data entry as needed. • Involved in year-end accounting document housekeeping. • Support finance team in handling any enquiry and addressing any concerns in a timely manner. • Prepare sales tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes for customers. • Familiar with Autocount System is an advantage.
