Key Responsibilities: - Organize, book, and oversee all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itineraries. - Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to negotiate rates, confirm bookings, and address any issues that arise. - Oversee and track travel expenses to ensure compliance with budget limits, and assist in preparing travel expense reports. - Keep the travel records up to date, including itineraries, invoices, and other travel-related documents. - Generate regular reports on travel expenses, trends, and potential savings opportunities for management review. - Provide outstanding customer service to employees, ensuring a positive travel experience and promptly addressing any concerns. Qualifications: - Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field. - Solid experience in Tourism, with a minimum of 2 years - Open to travel as required for the role. - Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business - Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads etc) - Must have a D or DA driving license - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
