Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Coordination: - Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing site activities. - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and staff to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Monitor project timelines and progress, reporting any issues or delays. 2. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, work orders, and inspection reports. - Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. - Ensure proper documentation of any changes or deviations from the project plan. 7.Problem Solving: - Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site. - Implement solutions to overcome project challenges and obstacles. - Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: - Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or site coordination. - Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
