QA Technician

• Responsible to perform analysis and sampling on Raw materials, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Finished Products samples to ensure accurate testing and timely release to meet consumer demands. • Conduct environmental monitoring test such as swabbing/air sampling. • Perform verification test for laboratory and process equipment. • Conduct retention/ reference sample inspection. • On-hold non-conformance raw material, WIP and finished product, as well as communicate to QA Executive/ QA Supervisors. • Perform sampling/ re-sampling on raw materials, WIP and finished products. • Perform routine inspection on processing area to ensure compliance to GMP, Sanitation, process control. • Responsible to manage documentation and filing of COA and other QA-related documents. • Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management.
