Engineer (Johor Site)

REQUIREMENTS - Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, - Engineering (Civil), Building or Construction Management, or Equivalent. - At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project will be an added advantage. - Motivated with a good working attitude. - Preferably specializing in QAQC or equivalent. - Ability to work on-site and adapt to varying project conditions. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. Adjust as needed to ensure project success. - Conduct feasibility studies and design analysis. Ensure engineering solutions meet safety and regulatory standards. - Supervise on-site construction to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Provide technical support to teams. - Work planning & assist Project Manager on solving issue on site. - Integrate sustainable practices into project planning and execution. - Preparing statement, material submission, shop drawing and liaison between main con and sub-contractor. - Maintain and prepare accurate project documentation and reports for management. - Planning activities of allocated to sun contractors in ensure project are in line with the drawings.
