Banqueting Events: Take charge of cooking for special events and banquets, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards and delight our guests. Quality Assurance & Cost Management: Uphold impeccable standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, while optimizing costs through smart procurement and portion control. Contribute to recipe costing for diverse menus, including à la carte, breakfast, and group/event offerings.
