Store Keeper (2 Shfift)

1 Arrange and located FG stock & paper roll at correct place & make record include protect of stock. 2 Ensure all finished goods are with FQC inspection acceptance before loading to FG store. 3 Ensure storekeeper to arrange goods according to generally acceptable accounting method - (FIFO) 4 Liaise and resolve all warehouse issues timely with store personnel and logistic team effectively. 5 Prepare clear and complete daily excess stock list per job for store personnel to expedite accurately quantity. 6 Conduct monthly stock count for all incoming materials, finished goods and paper roll. 7 Analyses and resolve all stock variances timely with negligible negative impact to business. 8 Ensure daily operations are supported and coordinated in the warehouse and with the relevant staff. 9 Control and monitor old stock aging record and TBA items. 10 Adhere to all safety, health & environment instruction or measures. 11 Maintain 5S practices in daily operation and workplace at all the times.
