Nurse Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and care for all patients in a polite and courteous manner In- charge of patient registration, dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up Respond to phone calls and attend patient’s enquiries Assist doctor in minor procedures in the clinic Delivers direct patient care; assesses patients physical, psychosocial and/ or emotional needs; provides patients and family teaching; triages patients and inform physician of patients status Maintain clinic hygiene and equipment sterilization. Perform daily clerical, logistical & administrative support to clinic i.e. stock checks, panels key-in Manage simple account and billing matters Any others responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the company from time to time
