Requirement Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), polymer or equivalent. At least 3 years working experience in Quality management is required for this position. Well verse and hands on experience on ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, IATF 16949:2016 quality management system. Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control & Assurance / Inspection or equivalent. Responsibility : To ensure the fundamental quality plan is established, well understood and executed by all QA/QC personnel. Keep track on measuring equipment calibration due dates and ensure send equipment for calibration. Responsible in handle customers' audits. Ensure new drawings are update in master lists. Oversee the entire QA operations and needs for smooth operation of the department. Supports include periodic meetings with strategic customers, testing of trial products quality performance. Lead and supervise QA/QC in product testing, troubleshooting and drives the improvement and rectification on quality related problems from time to time. Handle customer complaints by conducting investigation and providing feedback to the requester within the specified time and feedback to respective team for corrective actions Track and improve customer complaints response time and ensure proper and timely disposition of customers’ returns. Assist the quality management system and environmental management system of the company ISO accreditation and also supervising and monitoring on the implementation. Provide awareness to QA/QC, time to time on the ban substances material. Responsible in determining, reporting and to recommending corrective action on the principal causes of quality matters. Ensure of the improvement processes, identify problems and take appropriate action for correction & prevention. To provide technical advice and to assist production line during the production process on quality matters. Assist in the formulation of new part or part modification. Assess, recruit, develop & retain a competent QA /QC team towards growth by carry training, multi - skilled development. Must monitor 5S cleanliness it is properly maintained all the time. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by setting targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , support productivity and reduce delivery time.
