• To carry out daily stock checks on the orders from the various departments, picking and supply the correct stocks according to approved orders and supply schedule. • To ensure stocks are kept in correct shelves, bins and sub – store and all shelves/bins are properly labeled. • Maintain and update stock record, ensure physical stock count tallies with records. • Perform general function on receipt and acceptance of goods (Receives, Checks, Record, Verify and ensure proper amount of the goods). • Maintenance of inventory accuracy through cycle count. • Work closely with the department staff and workers on inventory (including loading and unloading goods, jobs distribution etc.) and salespeople on customer’s orders and deliveries. • To count, check and receive items delivered from the supplier and to ensure that the items listed tally with the goods Delivery Order in terms of prices, quantity and expiry and to ensure received goods are in good condition. • To replenish stocks as and when stocks level are low or reaching the re-order quantity. • Must have the ability to perform physical labor in moving stocks and maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition. • Investigate to determine the source of an inventory discrepancy. • To perform supporting task – Photocopy, scan, filing and data key in. • To maintain store documentation.
