PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Execute the production plan by effectively completing all required tasks. 2. Ensure and maintain safe work environment. 3. Assign appropriate tasks to staff. 4. Assist in supervising production personnel. 5. Review production output to ensure compliance with specifications. 6. Take immediate action for any NC parts identified by QC or customer and provide feedback ant issues to the superior. 7. Ensuring consistent quality in service. 8. Manage the daily production planning. 9. Analyze defects and implement corrective actions. 10. Coaching employee. 11. Communicating with other departments. 12. Compiling production records. 13. Develop, implement, and enforce policies. 14. Efficiently organize and plan daily activities. 15. Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff. 16. Ensure achievement of production targets. 17. Evaluates new production equipment. 18. Manage JD production line personnel. (Production Lead Job Description, Responsible for the initial training of production floor personnel from Assembler to Leader in accordance with SOP). 19. Preparing work schedules. 20. Supervising and monitoring employees.
