Job Description The Network Carrier executive will assist the Head of Network Carrier in obtaining pricing from telecommunications providers and managing essential connectivity tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure accurate database management, follow-up on tasks, and coordination of various connectivity services. A background in finance is preferred to effectively manage financial transactions related to telecom services, such as processing payments and handling orders. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Pricing Assistance: Collaborate with the Head of Network Carrier to obtain pricing information from various telecommunications providers for new services, upgrades, and renewals. • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of telecom provider details, service agreements, connectivity data, and financial transactions. • Connectivity Coordination: (i) Place new orders, upgrade, downgrade, or renew connectivity services with Internet Service Providers (ISPs). (ii) Handle service terminations and related processes. (iii) Download and analyze telco bills. (iv) Ensure timely processing of payments and track financial transactions related to telecommunications services. • Follow-up on Tasks: Monitor the progress of connectivity-related tasks and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion. • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Network Carrier regarding the status of tasks and any issues related to pricing, payments, or service agreements. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Previous experience in finance or telecommunications is an advantage. PREFERRED SKILLS • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
