Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop innovative and attractive landscaping concepts tailored to client needs. - Produce landscape plans, 3D renderings, and comprehensive technical documentation. - Manage and oversee landscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications. - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. - Conduct site studies, analyses, and assessments to determine the most suitable design solutions. - Manage project budgets and ensure project delivery within the specified cost constraints. - Provide technical support and advice to the team and clients on landscaping and horticultural aspects. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. - At least 1-2 years of experience in the landscaping or external design field. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software. - In-depth understanding of landscape design principles, materials, and techniques. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. - High creativity and the ability to generate innovative design ideas. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
