1) Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance monitoring. 2) Assist Management in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 3) Coordinate the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and orientation to new employee on board procedures. 4) To prepare, administer and updating records of administration work such as preparation of letter, employment contract, resigned administration, employees’ job confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal & foreign worker permit renewal etc. 5) Handle full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and liaising with government bodies (eg. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, ETC) on all statutory requirements whilst maintain all data private & confidential. 6) Update and maintain employees’ profile, attendance, leave, medical and training records. 7) Provide HR relevant reports as and when required. 8) To keep records and proper filling system whilst maintain security of confidential information. 9) Responsible of office receptionist such as incoming calls, incoming email and etc. 10) Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works of office facilities and up keeping of office equipment, office supplies and asset management. 11) Arrangement of meeting schedule, prepare minutes meeting and follow up items to relate parties. 12) Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
