Junior Accounts Executive (Biotechnology & Production)

Sern Kou Group is a Public Listed Company in Malaysia. Our company is expanding the business to the upstream sector in plantation development activities at the state of Kelantan. This role will be based in our PJ office. Responsibility:- 1. Primary responsible involves reporting to the Accounts Executive and performing at least one full set of accounts, handling accounting and financing activities such as bookkeeping, vouchers and purchase order (PO) issuance, petty cash claims, and bank reconciliation. Within the field of biology production. 2. To regularly updates on cost management monthly. 3. To provide updates on the accuracy of inventory management semi-annually. 4. To contribute to basic fiscal reporting activities to the government agency. 5. To ensure meticulous maintenance of accounting documentation in accordance with company procedures. 6. To adhere to proper hygiene practices in all purchase and disposal accounting procedures. 7. To maintain professionalism and confidential in all areas. 8. To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned to from time to time. Benefits:- 1. Permanent Contract; Monthly Salary. 2. EPF / SOCSO / EIS 3. Office based in PJ, near to LRT station (10 minutes walking distance) Requirements:- 1. Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction sector or audit. 2. Minimum Diploma in Accounting. Professional Qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent are not necessary but advantageous for future internal promotion consideration. 3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a lower starting salary package. 4. Expertise in MS Excel is preferable. 5. Self-driven and deadline orientated personality is preferable. 6.
