OPERATOR

1. Reaction Operator Check and feed raw materials; monitoring parameter at DCS control room; production intermediate sampling and testing; maintain site environmental; supervise other worker/contractor perform any work at site if require; all production equipment and tools maintenance; any other works requested by Supervisors. 2. Shift Operator Check the condition of the production equipment before/during/after production; check and record the amount of raw materials added during the production; control and record the production progress on production operation card; cleaning the charge tank and reactor (not including entering reactor after washing the reactor): taking sample of product, testing the properties of product during IPQC, adjust based on the testing result; Prepare raw materials for the production; solve problem when the batch system is having problem; wash reactor and add raw materials that is required; add leftover or disqualified product during production and record the amount; contact PIC if the utility system is faulty; maintain the cleanliness of equipment, control room and site area based on 5S principle;handle schedule waste produced during the production according to the rules and regulation; package the product produced; conduct works requested by supervisors; follow the rules and regulations set by Safety, Health and Envionmental Department. 3. Wastewater Treatment Plant Monitor daily operation of wastewater treatment to ensure compliance to Environmental Quality Act 1974; conduct daily analysis on wastewater characteristics; maintain inventory of chemicals and reagents used for wastewater alnalysis; identify issues and problems with wastewater treatment equipment or system; prepare chemicals when required for wastewater treatment; conduct weekly inspection on scheduled waste strorage area and inventory; assisting utilities engineer and conduct mission given by utilities engineer; perform and execute task/assignment as per requested by superior. 4. Operator Raw materials unloading and warehousing; raw materials tanker discharge; raw materials sample extract; daily tank liquid level record; maintenance and house keeping of warehouse, maintenance and house keeping of raw materials tank; maintenance of equipment in tank yard. Prining of raw materials label; raw materials re-packing; product re-organize and related work; product loading and related work; stock take for raw materials and product; stock audit.
