Job Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage all civil and structural construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. 2. Oversee the implementation of civil and structural designs, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and regulations 3. Coordinate with engineering teams, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient construction progress. 4. Conduct regular inspections of civil and structural work at various stages to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards. 5. Monitor and manage the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources required for civil and structural construction. 6. Review and approve method statements, work procedures, and construction documents related to civil and structural elements. 7. Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team regarding civil and structural aspects. Collaborate with the project manager to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets for civil and structural work. 8. Ensure compliance with building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations for all civil and structural activities. 9. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and reports on civil and structural construction activities for project stakeholders. Job Requirement 1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience of at least 3 years in supervising civil and structural construction projects, preferably in housing development or similar projects. 2. Strong knowledge of Malaysia's civil and structural engineering principles, codes, and construction techniques. 3. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for design and construction management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines. 5. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality control processes.
