• Structural Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of building structures, including roofs, walls, floors, and foundations, to identify defects, damage, or potential safety hazards. • Maintenance & Repairs: Assist in the execution of maintenance and repair work on structural components, coordinating with contractors and suppliers as needed. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and repair activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. • Technical Support: Provide technical support for the planning and implementation of renovation or refurbishment projects, including cost estimation and material selection. • Compliance: Ensure that all structural work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards. • Collaboration: Work closely with management corporation team, maintenance teams, and external contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of projects. • Emergency Response: Participate in emergency response activities, such as assessing structural damage following incidents like storms or earthquakes, and recommending corrective actions. • Energy Efficiency: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve the energy efficiency of building structures, including recommending insulation or structural improvements. • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, owners, and stakeholders regarding maintenance activities, repairs, and structural concerns. Internal Controls 1. Ensuring adherence on Standard Operating Procedures. 2. Ensuring carry out of duties as per request or instruction from HOD with proper documentation or recording. Others 3. Ad-hoc task – assisting in other urgent related matters as per HOD instruction. 4. In all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.
