Establish, maintain and reconcile full set of accounts Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded Prepare and reconcile bank statements Process and record monthly invoices Prepare monthly payments Maintain proper accounting record and filing Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc. Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies Provide administrative assistance to management Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required Knowledge of E-invoicing Petty cash monitoring Answering phone, managing correspondence (both physical and email) To prepare tea & refreshment during meeting. Making travel arrangement, including booking flight, hotel and transportation Evaluating raw material and production planning to ensure everything is in place for production. Compare and evaluate offer from supplier Job requirements Experienced in general account, finance and relevant area Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude Initiative Good organisational and coordination skills Responsible able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to work well under pressure Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets Knowledge of SQL accounting software. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) Diploma in Accounting Has 1-2 years working experience in related field. With D driving license
