**Qualifications:** - Experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or marketing sector. - Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by migrant blue-collar workers in Malaysia. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Bahasa; knowledge of additional languages such as Bengali, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Nepalese, and Tagalog spoken by migrant communities is a plus. - A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is mandatory. - Ability to work weekends. Job Description: - Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients - Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. - Monitor and report on sales activities, performance, and progress against targets to management. - Provide training and support to new users, ensuring they understand how to use the e-wallet effectively. - Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally to the relevant departments. - Gather feedback from users to help enhance product features and services. - Suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience and address market needs.
