Job Highlights • Great Exposure and Interactive Working Environment • Opportunities for Career Advancement Within the Organization • 5 working days Job Description • Manage the full functions of HR activities • Processing of attendance records, calculation on monthly payroll and payroll reports • Responsible for timely submission of monthly statutory payments to all relevant government entities • Processing of employment letter and other related letters • Maintain and update job descriptions and job requirements • Assist in the arrangement of interviews during the recruitment process • Manage all employee welfare activities • Maintain and update the company’s HR Handbook, policies and procedures • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. • Assist in supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of Human Resources • Prepare Disciplinary Letters and Staff Memo/ Announcements • Perform training administration duties such as maintaining training records, database and file keeping • Assist in overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. • Prepare and conduct a new employee induction program. • Manage and maintain organization chart and contact list changes. • Response to inquiries from employees. • Office administration jobs including purchasing office stationeries, writing memos & etc. • Assist in all the day-to-day office admin, management and operational matters • Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required. Requirements • Candidate possesses at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Degree in any Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalents • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field is more advantage • Good organizational and interpersonal skills • Good written, presentation and communications skills • Good people engagement skills • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin . • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive • Good working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and work independently with minimum supervision • Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment • Have own transport • Detailed, systematic and structured • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work. • Self-motivated and creative. • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.
