Job Summary : The Officer / Junior Officer - Pre Sales support provides essential technical support in pre-sales processes, helping to identify, design, and propose tailored IT solutions that meet client requirements. This role requires a solid understanding of the client’s business environment, proactive communication, and analytical skills to align solutions with both the client’s needs and budget. Requirements: • Certificate, Pre-Diploma, or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent field. • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English. • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role or industry • Proficient in computer literacy, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to conduct thorough technical analysis and apply lateral thinking to develop innovative solutions • Self-motivated, confident, and able to take initiative to complete tasks independently • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for both verbal and written interactions • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Flexibility to work extended hours and willingness to travel when necessary • Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing demands Key Responsibilities: • Pre Sales Technical Support o Work closely with the sales team to deliver technical expertise and support, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations. o Analyze customer environments and objectives to develop customized IT solutions aligned with client budgets. • Solution Development: o Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations based on the unique needs of each client o Present proposed solutions to clients, highlighting key benefits and demonstrating how they meet specific needs • Customer Communication and Engagement: o Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, understand pain points, and address queries. o Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a smooth pre-sales process and effective solution delivery
