Responsibilities: - Involve in the planning and coordination of project development works from conceptualization, design and construction to completion within the established budget, schedule and quality standards. - Involve in the design, cost estimation and procurement. - Coordinate with project stakeholders; clients, consultants, local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc to ensure the quality of work is up to specified requirements. - Attend all Client, consultant, or sub-contractor meetings as required to ensure the successful delivery of the project. - Attend commercial/budget meetings as necessary such as tender interviews, cost-cutting workshops, and value engineering meetings. - Report and escalate to management as needed. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Daily Task: - Coordination and Management: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various mechanical projects, including ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are maintained, and all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards. - Design and Planning: You will work closely with consultant, other engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure the design mechanical systems meet the specific needs of each project. This may include review/generate electrical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. - Material Selection and Procurement: You will be responsible for selecting the right materials for each project and ensuring that they are procured on time and within budget (if required). Besides that, you are required to review/process the materials submitted by sub-contractor. - Project Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for each project, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders. - Communication: You will communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that all work is completed to their satisfaction. - Ensuring all mechanical projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Requirements: - Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industry with main contractor. - PC literate in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD - Experience in managing engineering projects, including planning, coordinating resources, and meeting deadlines, is highly valued.
